This listing is for a set of 5 gel layers which you insert into your shoes to give you that height increase you've always dreamt of!
5 layers are included and each layer will give you approximately 0.60cms height, so you have a maximum of 3cms of extra height to add. You can adjust your height by adding less or more layers... (total of 5 per set).
These inserts can be inserted into your shoes, sport shoes, runners, boots, casual shoes, dress shoes etc.... They are great for both, Men and Women.
They are long lasting (durable) and comfortable. The first couple of times that you wear them, you may feel a little uncomfortable, however you will need to get used to them. After a short while, you will not even notice them.... just like most things that you need to get used to wearing.
Your feet will eventually mould into the gel cushions making them more comfortable to wear and so that they adjust to your body movements.
