The prices stated on our website include free postage anywhere within Australia. For a faster service, please select the express post option when checking out (the low flat rate express post cost of $9.99 for any number of items makes it so worthwhile!).

We dispatch orders daily from our warehouse in Melbourne. The following delivery time frames are estimates and should only be used as a guide. Delivery time frames are dependent on the courier company, so please take this into consideration. If you require a faster and guaranteed shipping service, please pay for express post.

Delivery estimates (please use these estimates as a guide only):

  • Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane Metro areas: 1-3 business days

  • Adelaide/Perth Metro areas: 3-5 business days

  • All other areas within Australia: 5-7 business days

For international orders, please contact us prior to making your purchase so that we can provide you with delivery options and time frames.

Yes, we do ship internationally. We send our international orders via Registered International Post only, so please contact us prior to making your purchase so that we can provide you with a shipping quote. Alternatively, please choose the country that you’d like your item posted to at checkout and you will see the cost of postage to that country. The postage cost will remain the same for an unlimited number of items purchased in one transaction.
We accept Bank Deposits, PayPal and the following Credit Card Types: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit card. You will need to select the ‘pay with credit card’ option when directed to PayPal.
Please make contact with us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase if you would like to organise a return or exchange. Your order must be brand new and in its original condition. Any wear or damage to your order will not qualify for a return. We do not charge a restocking fee on any of our products. For a change of mind (return), you will need to send your item back to us. We will refund your money in full and we will only deduct our initial cost of postage that we paid to send the item/(s) to you. For an exchange of size or style, you will need to pay for postage both ways.
