Why buy from us? 

We are a young and energetic team always looking for ways to innovate, in order to keep up with our crazy world’s ever-changing fashion tastes and demands.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Paypal and the following Credit Card Types: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, via Paypal. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay with your credit card. If you’d like to pay using Bank Transfer please contact us via email: enquiries@zasel.com.au . 

Will you ship to an international address? 

Yes, we do ship internationally. We only send our international orders via Registered International Post only, so please contact us prior to making your purchase so that we can give you a shipping quote. 

What is your Returns and Exchanges policy? 

Please make contact with us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase if you are wanting to do a return or exchange. Your order must be in its original condition to be accepted. For a change of mind (return), you will need to pay for return registered postage and our restocking fee of $15, which covers our initial cost of postage to you. For an exchange of size or style, you will need to pay postage both ways. 

We own a store and would like to stock your products. Is this possible?
